Pompano Beach, FL, January 24, 2014 --(PR.com )-- Ingrid Hoffman, a Food Network TV Personality and Chef Ralph Pagano, world-renowned chef and TV celebrity have teamed up to co-host the “Big Game Special”, produced by Designing Spaces airing on Lifetime® Television. Tune in on Friday, January 24th at 7:30 am (ET/PT) to see our hosts blend, melt and mix Crystal Farms® cheese ingredients into game winning recipes.

Rallying around the biggest day in sports, Hoffman and Pagano keep the ball moving in this half-hour packed show by cooking up four recipes with selected Crystal Farms cheeses and their Simply Potatoes® fresh shredded potatoes ingredients: Chicken Flautas, Garlic Chicken Potato Casserole, Philly Cheesesteak Fondue and Queso Fundido.

Former Miami Dolphins player and restaurateur John Offerdahl and Mike Campanaro from Wake Forest will be on hand to taste test each of the mouth-watering recipes that will offer viewers a winning menu that will score big with guests at their Big Game celebration and all year round.

“This experience has been fantastic. John Offerdahl tackled me for real, and Ingrid tackled me with flavor!” said Chef Pagano.

The “Big Game Special” will air again on Friday, January 31st at 7:30 am (ET/PT) on Lifetime TV.
