Kate Walsh is making her way back to TV in NBC’s comedy pilot Bad Judge.

From both Will Ferrell and Adam McKay’s Gary Sanchez Productions and Anne Heche (Save Me), the single-camera project stars the Private Practice alumna as a hard-living, sexually unapologetic woman whose life on the edge is balanced by the fact that she also happens to be a judge in the criminal court system.

Chad Kultgen (The Incredible Burt Wonderstone) will pen the potential series.

Bad Judge Season 1 Episode 5 Review: Judge and Jury

Oct 30 2014 10:40pm CDT | Source: TV Fanatic

Well that was a massive improvement. After three disappointing episodes, Bad Judge Season 1 Episode 5 came out of nowhere and really proved to me that the show is a comedy worth watching. Kate Walsh is excellent in her role. This is the first time she's appeared really comfortable -- althought it may be down to the jokes actually being funny! It was a very interesting development to have Rebecca on jury duty. She just assumed she would wriggle out of i ...

Kate Walsh Shooting 'Bad Judge' In Skin-Colored Bikini Will Take The Mystery Out Of TV Nude Scenes

Oct 28 2014 2:50pm CDT | Source: Huffington Post

On "Bad Judge," Kate Walsh does things that are too scandalous for regular judges: drinking hard, partying and wearing skin-colored bathing suits instead of being nude. Daily Mail recently posted some behind-the-scenes video of Walsh's NBC show that will probably ruin all network TV nude scenes for you forever. Though Walsh's character is reportedly naked in the scene, in real life the actress is ...

Bad Judge Season 1 Episode 1 Review: What's Your Verdict?

Oct 2 2014 8:33pm CDT | Source: TV Fanatic

Rebecca Wright is a very Bad Judge, but is she a funny one? The trailers made the show look good (that's their job), but based on the stuff I was hearing about it, I didn't expect to enjoy it -- but I did! On Bad Judge Season 1 Episode 1, we are introduced to Rebecca Wright. She is convincingly played by Kate Walsh of Greys Anatomy and Private Practice fame. Rebecca is not perfect. She's not even in the same zip code as perfect! The laughs w ...
