Kim Kardashian: I Still Have Baby Weight to Lose

Oct 21 2013, 2:52pm CDT | by ABC News Radio

FRANCK FIFE/AFP/Getty Images(LONDON) -- Fans and the press might be marveling at how great Kim Kardashian looks only four months removed from giving birth to baby North West, but the reality star said she’s not completely satisfied with her body quite yet.

“I still have some [baby weight] to go,” she told London’s Sunday Times in her first post-baby interview.  “Atkins worked for me and I don’t feel tempted to eat a bunch of junk food...It’s just about staying healthy -- it will come off.”

Kardashian, who turns 33 on Monday, explained that since she and beau Kanye West welcomed North into their lives on June 15, she finds it hard to put down her new bundle of joy.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has reportedly been doing Pilates and cutting down on carbs with the Atkins diet, but she told the Sunday Times she hasn’t gotten to the gym as much as she’d like.

“I haven’t exercised a whole lot so far, just because I’ve been busy with the baby and I don’t want to leave her,” she added.

Even though Kardashian might think she has a bit more weight to lose, that didn’t stop her last week from posting a bikini selfie to Instagram showing off her curvaceous figure.

Kardashian added that the baby has also changed how she dresses.

“I want to dress a little lighter colorwise,” she said. ”I think North looks cute in light colors, and then I want to wear light colors.”

Kardashian explained that Kanye, known as much for his fashion sense as his lyrics, will often give her advice on her style choices.

“You want your guy to think you’re really hot,” she said. “I’ll put something on and he’ll say, ‘No, that doesn’t look good,’ and I’ll trust him.”/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>/>
