What to Watch Monday: Bones and DWTS Return, Sleepy Hollow Awakens, Dome Closes and More

On TV this Monday: Bones and Dancing With the Stars are back, evil comes to Sleepy Hollow, Under the Dome is sealed for the summer and three other finales air. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar.
