What to Watch Tuesday: Suits Flashes Back, NCIS Sits 'Shiva' (Again), the Liars Giddy-Up and More

On TV this Tuesday: A couple of Suits consider the past, Twisted straightens out its story so far, Perception fans a (former) flame and Heroes find a new cosplayground. Here are 10 programs for you to keep on your radar.

8 pm NCIS (CBS) | Repeat to Revisit: Aht lo leh-vahd, Ziva… but we will be once you’re gone. (Sniff!) Relive one of last season’s most moving episodes with this encore of “Shiva.”

8 pm So You Think You Can Dance (Fox) | Jenna Elfman (Dharma & Greg)  guest-judges the Top 8.

8 pm Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family) | A Western-themed school dance turns into a battleground; Ezra hopes Aria can help him with his troubles.
