What to Watch Tuesday: Dixie Dude Hits Whose Line, Bengals' Hard Knocks, Suits Conflict & More

On TV this Tuesday: Wilson Bethel asks Whose Line Is It Anyway?, the Cincinnati Bengals prep for another season of Hard Knocks, “A” puts the “surprise” in a Pretty Little party and Suits find themselves at cross purposes.
