Brooke Hogan Is Engaged to NFL Player Phil Costa

Taylor Hill/WireImage for People Country(NEW YORK) -- Reality star Brooke Hogan got engaged over the weekend to NFL player Phil Costa.

“Happiest moment of my LIFE,” Hogan, 25, wrote on her Facebook page, next to a photo of Costa on one knee during a trip to Las Vegas. “I am marrying my best friend. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful.”

Hogan is the daughter of pro wrestler Hulk Hogan and rose to fame with her family’s reality show, Hogan Knows Best.

Costa is a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
