When Dexter ‘s eighth and final season begins June 30 (Showtime, 9/8c), we might see the prolific murderer get a little too wrapped up in his work.

At least, that’s one way to interpret the new Season 8 poster, which shows star Michael C. Hall in a position usually reserved for his character’s victims.
