On TV this Friday: Merlin returns for its final run of episodes, Happy Endings wraps (forever?) with babies and a bride, the Reagans are Blue indeed after tragedy and Marc Maron gets going on IFC. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm Nikita (The CW) | Cyrus returns to help Nikita, Michael and Alex try to regain control of Division’s full-of-secrets black box, which is now (naturally) in Amanda’s evil little hands.

8 pm Undercover Boss (CBS) | The president of Orkin’s parent company finds out what bugs his employees as he tackles a major cockroach infestation (ick) and swarming bees.

8 pm Happy Endings (ABC) | Double-episode season finale: First up, Penny’s mom (returning guest star Megan Mullally, Will & Grace) and Dave’s dad (returning guest star Michael McKean, Laverne & Shirley) announce they’re adopting a baby together, while Max joins Brad and Jane’s tennis club. Then, Law & Order: SVU‘s Stephanie March (finally!) shows up as the third Kerkovich sister, who’s in town for her Jane-planned wedding (to Las Vegas‘ James Lesure). (Check out a preview photo !) Not yet renewed; find out its current status . (Might USA save it ?)

9 pm Touch (Fox) | Martin has an intense encounter with Aster Corps enforcer Tanner; Trevor Wilcox goes undercover to prevent more innocent test subjects from being harmed.

9 pm Shark Tank (ABC)  | This may be the weirdest/best ep yet: Entrepreneurs hawk a frozen gumbo brick, a bird feeder that shocks squirrels and an artisan coffee subscription business.

10 pm XIII: The Series (Reelz) | To secure a Tesla letter, XIII crashes an ultra-exclusive party hosted by a psychotic Russian oligarch.

10 pm Maron (IFC) | Series premiere: Comedian Marc Maron stars in this scripted comedy based on his life and podcasts.
