Top Moments: A Following Kind of Valentine, Jeopardy's Best Loser and a New Watergate

Our top moments of the week:

13. Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead Award: Tierra's tantrums finally get the best of her on The Bachelor. After having a falling out with AshLee, Tierra screams and cries just as Sean is coming in to talk to her. Finally, he does what we've all been waiting for: kick the crazy girl out of the house. 12. Most Dramatic Wake-Up Call: When Nashville's Juliette learns that her longtime manager is trying to put the kibosh on some of her new, more experimental tour plans behind her back, Juliette doesn't hesitate to take swift action. In the middle of the night, she bangs on her crew's hotel doors and — very maturely — tells them that she's the boss and to listen to her and not her manager. Her manager, Glenn, then promptly quits and slams the door. Hey, no one ever said being the boss was easy. 11. Most Heartwarming Fake-Out: Sheila Shay gets her apron in a serious twist on Suburgatory when she sees her mom getting too close with her husband. She soon realizes that this is exactly why Lisa broke up with Malik and works with Malik to stage an elaborate fake fight in front of Lisa so that she will take him back. Let's just hope he doesn't have to fake-hate her chicken salad sandwich because, let's be honest, Malik's poker face isn't that good. 10. Best Character Development: Victoria has always been manipulative, but until this week's Revenge, we never thought she was murderous. After Initiative leader Helen threatens Daniel, Victoria proves that she's more than just talk when it comes to her evil schemes. "I hardly think you have it in you to kill a person in cold blood," Helen says, facing down the barrel of Victoria's gun. But Helen is dead wrong — literally. We wonder how the former mama's boy is going to react when he arrives at the scene of the crime. Good riddance to Helen though! If only she could take the entire Initiative with her. 9. Worst He Said, She Said: After Ann shoots her ex-husband Harris in the chest on last week's Dallas, it looked like the baby-nabbing scoundrel was dead, right? Wrong! He's in a coma, and when he wakes up, he makes things much more complicated by fingering Bobby for the shooting, just as Ann is confessing to the police to protect Bobby, who had previously confessed and recanted. And we thought "Who shot J.R.?" was a complicated question... 8. Sweetest Valentine: What do you get Amy Farrah Fowler for Valentine's Day? On The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon gets her, well, commitment. He gives her a document from his CalTech employee file. "In case of emergency, please contact Amy Farrah Fowler," she reads. "And there's my phone number. This is the most beautiful gift you could've ever given me." "Well, I thought," Sheldon replies, "if I have a stroke or a kidney stone, who would I want to share that with?" Aw/ew! 7. Most Suspicious Beau: For a moment, we too were seduced the sexy chemistry between Olivia Pope and Jake Ballard (Scott Foley), which we hoped would help her move on from her Scandal-ous affair with the president. But alas, it turns out that Ballard's comment about being a "people-watcher" is literal, as we see him staring at a bank of surveillance cameras planted in... Olivia's apartment! Creepy!

6. Sweetest Reunion: When Bones' Dr. Brennan is shot (with a frozen blood bullet!), she has a waking dream of sorts that transports her back to her childhood home where she chats with her long-dead mother. In addition to getting some closure on her mom's death, she also begins to see the shortcomings of her hyper-rational way of viewing the world. Now that she's had her epiphany, will she finally let her guard down?

5. Most Unexpected Proposal: As Justified's Ava wrestles with her and Boyd's decision to have Ellen May killed, she needs some reassurance from Boyd about the endgame. Fortunately, he's up to the task: He takes her out to a quiet place, and presents her with a pile of cash — a down payment on their future home when their criminal days are done. Oh, and under the pile of cash is a diamond ring! We can't wait to see a proper Harlan County wedding!

4. What Is the Most Awesome Answer? Award: Never has a wrong answer been so right and so awesome. On the second and final day of Teen Jeopardy!, 17-year-old Leonard Cooper, of Little Rock, Ark., makes a huge comeback — thanks to a "gutsy," as Alex Trebek calls it, move to bet $18,000 of his $18,200 on a Daily Double that he gets correct — and schools us all with his Final Jeopardy answer. The clue: "On June 6, 1944, he said, 'The eyes of the world are upon you.'" Leonard's guess: "Who is some guy in Normandy, but I just won $75,000!"(First place was guaranteed $75,000.) The hilarious answer even prompts a chuckle out of the usually stoic Trebek, but the best part? Had contestant Nilai answered correctly (it was Dwight D. Einsenhower), Leonard would've lost!

3. Saddest Heartbreak: Yes, The Vampire Diaries killed off Jeremy, but it's Caroline and Tyler's goodbye that wrecks us. With Klaus having no reason to keep Tyler alive, Caroline pleads with the Original to show him mercy. So when Klaus says that Tyler could get a head start and leave town, Caroline is forced to say her hysterical goodbye to her love again. Happy Valentine's Day to you too! 2. Worst Water Break: We really should've seen it coming. From the start of his GOP rebuttal to President Barack Obama's State of the Union address, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is clearly plagued by a massive case of cottonmouth. Unable to bear it out, Rubio gives us the 21st century "watergate" and the stuff of GIF-makers' dreams when he awkwardly, desperately reaches far left for a water bottle and frantically darts his eyes back to the TelePrompTer mid-swig. Stealthy. At least he can laugh with us (and Poland Spring)? 1. Creepiest Valentine Throupling: Things take a turn for the steamy on The Following, with Emma, Paul and Jacob sharing a three-way shower after Emma learns Jacob's deep dark secret: that her boyfriend has never actually killed anyone. It remains to be seen whether Emma and Paul really have dismissed their prior issues as water under the bridge (or down the drain?), or whether Emma is using sex as a way to manipulate both Paul and Jacob. Though the actors say the scene is more emotional than sexual in nature, one thing's for sure — the scene is so creepy, it's left us feeling like we needed to take a shower. By ourselves! What were your top moments?
