Twilight Sparkle (voiced by Tara Strong) may be destined to become a princess by the end of Saturday's special coronation musical episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (airing 10:30 a.m./9:30c on The Hub), but she has to prove herself first. You see, she accidentally cast a spell that has switched the cutie marks on all of her friends, and she'll have to write her own magic to reverse the spell. Only then will she fulfill her own destiny and become a pony princess. TV Guide.com's Best Fans Contest: And the winner is ... What kind of havoc are the ponies are dealing with? Well, for starters, the usually exuberant Pinkie Pie is having difficulties being a hard worker like Applejack, Rarity can't seem to deal with Fluttershy's menagerie, and well, see for yourself in this exclusive sneak peek of the "Cutie Mark Song": My Little Pony's "Magical Mystery Cure" episode airs Saturday morning at 10:30/9:30c on The Hub.
