For Eddie Cibrian, cheating on ex-wife Brandi Glanville and breaking her heart mustn’t have been enough. Now, he and new wife LeAnn Rimes are taking a jab at Brandi’s latest attempt at financial support — her upcoming book, Drinking & Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders!

This is just the latest in a long line of public jabs between the couple and Brandi, 40. In mid-December 2012, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke with Us Weekly about how she feels LeAnn isn’t a great stepmom to her two children, Jake, 5, and Mason, 9.

“She loves them, but she is endangering them,” Brandi said. “She has a severe eating disorder. If my boys get hurt, I will lose my mind. I don’t want this unstable person around them when she’s alone.”

Brandi alleged that Mason once ate one of LeAnn’s laxatives, confusing it with candy. She also mentioned an instance when Jake was seen riding his bike on a busy road without a helmet, under LeAnn’s watch.

The reality star said she was only speaking out in hopes that Eddie would finally listen. “They don’t get back to me about anything that’s going on. Eddie is a good dad. I don’t want to keep them from their father. But I need Eddie to address that there’s something going on that’s not OK.”

Brandi’s book, which is expected to dish about Eddie’s affair, will be released on Feb. 12, 2013.
