(Check out some preview video, a musical interlude and get lotsa scoop.)

9 pm The Bachelor (ABC) | ABC “happened” to wind up with a “spare” two-hour episode this season, so here it is, shamelessly aiming to empty some seats at the Smash premiere.

9 pm Emily Owens, M.D. (The CW) | Series finale: Emily decides to proceed with a relationship with Micah, but Will doesn’t like it. (Yep, cancelled.)

9 pm New Girl (Fox) | After last week’s sizzling kiss, Nick and Jess are put in a compromising position in front of Sam.
