Are a congrats in order for newlyweds Alec and Hilaria? They’re reportedly expecting their first child together! Read on for all the details.

Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas have only been married since June of 2012, but the newlyweds might need to start preparing for a little one! A new report says that Alec’s yoga instructor wife, 28, is pregnant!

A good friend of Hilaria’s told In Touch, “Hilaria has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts.”

“They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her,” the friend said. “She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him.”

Hilaria Thomas’ Baby Bump?

Recent photos of the newlywed have shown a very slight baby bump, hinting at a possible pregnancy. “[Hilaria] has not said much to anyone as far as how far along she is,” the insider says. “She is so healthy and a yoga freak, so everyone could tell right away something was different.”

Alec Baldwin Knew He Wanted More Kids When He Met Hilaria

When Alec, 54, sat down for an interview with Piers Morgan in January of 2012, he admitted that he wanted to have more children after meeting Hilaria, who he began dating in 2011. “Have I thought about having more kids? Oh sure, that would be great, that would be heaven, that would be fantastic,” he said.

During the same interview, he told Piers that, before he met his new wife, he thought he might die alone. “Right before I met Hilaria…I did lay in my bed and say, ‘This is it. I’m gonna be alone for the rest of my life, I’m gonna die alone in this apartment in this bed, I’ll have my friends, I’ll have Twitter, I’ll have Words with Friends, I’ll have my New Yorker subscription…”

Alec, who was married to actress Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002, has one child from his prior marriage: a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 17. This will be the first little one for Hilaria.

While the world awaits official confirmation of the pregnancy, we wish Hilaria and Alec a pre-emptive congrats!
