Deadshot isn't, well, dead!

The sharp-shooting assassin, whom Oliver (Stephen Amell) shot in the eye, will return in the second half of Arrow's first season, TVGuide.com has learned.

Deadshot (Michael Rowe) first pops back up in an episode penned by DC Comics vet Geoff Johns called "Dead to Rights," in which he and Ollie will go head-to-head once again.

However, we will see Diggle (David Ramsey) — whose brother Deadshot apparently assassinated, based on the tattoo of his name on Deadshot's body — go toe-to-toe with the DC Comics villain in a future Arrow episode as well.

"We see Diggle becoming very vulnerable and really dealing with feelings of revenge," Ramsey tells TVGuide.com. "He has a certain amount of guilt for his brother's death. His revenge quest and avenging his brother's death will play out. Some of those very things he's warned Oliver about, Diggle will have to deal with."

Stay tuned for more Arrow scoop on Wednesday.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
