90210 Exclusive: Alias Alum Is Liam's [Spoiler]

90210 has enlisted an Alias vet for an upcoming mission installment.

Merrin Dungey — who played super spy Sydney Bristow’s ill-fated best friend-turned-body-snatched baddie on the cult hit — will guest-star in a February episode of the CW soap, TVLine has learned exclusively.

She’ll play a sympathetic therapist assigned to counsel Liam, who’ll be held at a courthouse after suffering some legal woes.

Dungey’s most recent TV credits include Revenge, Better Off Ted, Hung and The King of Queens.

90210 resumes its fifth season on Monday, Jan. 21 in its new 9/8c time slot, where it will follow freshman charmer The Carrie Diaries (premiering Jan. 14).
