When Suits returns from its five-month hiatus next month, there will be a whole lot of unfinished business for Pearson Hardman to take care of. And based on our exclusive sneak peek at the second half of Season 2, it looks like it's not going to be so easy.

First, there's the fact that Rachel (Meghan Markle) discovered Mike (Patrick J. Adams) with Tess (Elisabeth Hower). Then, there's Jessica's growing hesitations about Mike. Oh, and did we mention that pesky ongoing intra-firm war between Jessica (Gina Torres) and Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Hardman (David Costabile)?

Returning Winter Shows: Where we left off

Suits returns Thursday, Jan. 17 at 10/9c on USA.
