o Vanity Fair's 'Best Dressed Woman of the Year,' Alicia Keys, came on the show to talk with Letterman about her family and upcoming holiday plans for Christmas and New Years on Dec. 18. Although you may have be interested in what Alicia had to say, it may have been hard for you to tune out her loud get-up! For starters, Alicia did follow the rules of wearing a crop top by pairing it with a high-waisted bottom, so kudos on that!
