10 pm Elementary (CBS) | Everwood‘s Freda Foh Shen guest-stars as Maxine Watson, who may not be totally psyched about her daughter’s career trajectory. Holmes, however, steps up to defend his sober companion’s choice of work.
10:30 pm The League (FX) | Back-to-back episodes: Pete reconnects with his high school crush (Battleship‘s Brooklyn Decker); Rafi and Dirty Randy (Freaks and Geeks‘ Seth Rogen) prep for the end of the world.
